When bookings slowed and parts of the property sat unused, the owners saw an opportunity - transform a garage and storage room into a standout space that would attract larger groups and justify stronger pricing.
We validated the brief, budget and constraints, listened the client’s ideas, agreed the design direction, and space-planned a high impact speakeasy and games room - introducing sleeping space for eight additional guests and creating a unique amenity tailored to family groups and corporate retreats.
