Stitch Collective was founded by Kate Rich, a Workplace Strategist and Transformation Programme Manager with 16+ years’ experience across global workplace portfolios.
Kate has led complex programmes, advised executive teams navigating site strategy and transformation, established global workplace Programmes and PMOs, and built evidence-based workplace frameworks across multiple regions and industries.
Alongside her corporate experience, Kate draws on her design background - applying the same evidence led, human centred approach to designing short term rental properties that elevate guest experience and increase financial return.
